Mumbai – London School of Economics, London; With a rare blend of skill sets and an entrepreneurial mindset, he decided to venture into the consulting space. He guides on the market research front and strategic planning for the food strat ups.
He is an active mentor in the Indian startup ecosystem, and also an advisor to health & Nutrition tech startups in the areas of strategy and innovation. He advises regularly Venture Capital funds for the evaluation of the startups.
Rakesh is also advising med-tech startups from UNSW, Australia and he is India lead for Boston-based Equatorius which connects corporate innovation arms to Indian startups to accelerate their growth. Currently building high-impact products primarily for women’s health.& Nutrition.
Ajinkya has completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Food Safety & Quality Analysis with experience of about 4 years in Food Processing Industry. With his Organizational Skills & Strong Analytical abilities he has a master hand in Problem Solving, Dealing with Ambiguity and Effectively Prioritizing Business needs. His mastery includes in development of Sweets and Confectionary, Spices, Seasonings, RTE foods, RTC gravies & Cooking pastes etc.
Kulvinder is a food science and technology master’s graduate from a prestigious institute with two years of experience in the snacks and milk processing industry. She specializes in non-alcoholic beverages and millet-based products, and her microbiology background has given her an edge in quality control. Kulvinder is dedicated to providing clients with shelf-life retaining solutions that maintain the originality of the product.
Karuna is a Food Technologist with two years of experience in the food industry and a master’s degree from a reputed institute. Her areas of expertise include Bakery, Beverages, Frozen Products, RTC Products, RTE Products, and Clean Label Products. Her strong problem-solving skills and project management capabilities, coupled with a commitment to continuous learning and knowledge improvement, drive her success in ensuring product excellence and process optimization.
Aniket is a food technologist with a Master’s degree from a prestigious institute and has more than three years of experience working in various food industries. He has worked with well-known companies in the fruit processing and dairy fields, specializing in the development of RTE foods, processed fruit products, beverages, snacks, milk, and milk products. Aniket also possesses extensive knowledge of food processing equipment and its specifications. He has a keen interest in understanding client requirements and providing economically and operationally feasible solutions.
Mitali is a Master’s graduate in Nutrition and Food Processing from a reputable institute, with two years of experience in the food and nutraceutical industries. She specializes in premixes and millet-based products, and is proficient in packaging and labeling. Mitali’s focus is on delivering superior solutions to clients by finding ways to reduce costs without compromising product quality.
Mithila is a passionate food technologist having more than 16years of experience from the industry. She possesses a vast knowledge in the fruit and vegetable processing industry specifically which helps our clients to achieve a right product with right technology.
Nikhil is chemical engineer by profession with around 18+ years of experience but his inclination towards the right nutrition didn’t let him settle in a petro chemical industry. He has been researched & developed many ingredients and patentable technologies with the sheer willingness to support the food and nutrition industry. Nikhil is helping entrepreneurs to develop clean label, healthy and nutritious products.
